I actually have a question I've been exercising like crazy like hour jogs daily which of course makes me sweat i don't want to have to my hair daily twice a week fine everyday um no. So I was wondering how you maintain your hair when you exercise.

When it's in its curly state, exercise is not so bad because I don't care too much about the perspiration. However, when it's straight, I usually have to wrap it then put a scarf around it. That usually keeps the roots from puffing up.
